LUNCH

  • Broccoli with aged balsmic
  • 2 72% Ghiradelli's Chocolate
DINNER
  • Breaded Chicken with Olive Oil and Aged Balsamic
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Brown Rice
  • Broccoli with aged balsamic
POST DINNER SNACK
  • Green Monster--almond milk, ground flax, vanilla spiru-tein, 1 cup kale, 3 cups spinach, banana, 1 cup blueberries
  • Cheerios
