  • Peanuts
DINNER
  • Chicken with Garlic and Onions
  • Broccoli with Olive Oil and Balsamic 
  • Cucumbers with Vegennaise
  • Brown Rice
POST-DINNER SNACK
  • Ghiradelli's 72% dark chocolate
  • Apple
  • Green Monster--almond milk, ground flax, vanilla spiru-tein, spinach, banana, blueberries
