- Chicken with Garlic and Onions
- Broccoli with Olive Oil and Balsamic
- Cucumbers with Vegennaise
- Brown Rice
POST-DINNER SNACK
- 1 Ghiradelli's 72% dark chocolate
- Apple
- Green Monster--almond milk, ground flax, vanilla spiru-tein, spinach, banana, blueberries
